Current Projects
During the last part of March the Wayne Co. Road department worked on improving the Smooth Knoll road from Bicknell to the Pine Creek Road and then along thePine Creek/Boulder Top road to the Forest Boundary. Using an 8 foot wide grinder they crushed all the rock and mixed with the soil to create a new road base. This resulted in a road easier to travel and maintain.
